I WON! I WON!...WHAT?

It just made my day! Finally, something good. My phone rang today and when I picked it up I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The call was from my bank and they wanted to inform me that just for being a customer of weymouth bank they entered my name in a drawing and although I did not win 1st prize, I did win 2nd. I won a $100.00 gift certificate to a spa, Wow! It just really made my day! I had an option of going to the bank today to pick it up or having them mail it to me, I said the mail would be fine. I am so looking forward to using it, I am so excited! I was also happy to post some good news on my blog too. yay!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

To my wonderful husband....... Today is Gedy's Birthday, and he is now ?

So for his special day I baked him one of his favorite cakes, French vanilla cake w/ strawberrys and whipped cream, oh, and I threw in a few cherries also.

Here he is a few years back .....I'm not sure of his age then, maybe 3 or 4?Anyway. I just had to post it.

So Happy Birthday to you Gedy, and I hope you are having a good day in work (if thats possible). I Love you so much!!!MUAH!

IT COULD ONLY HAPPEN TO US!

Last Friday Gedy and I were going to my Aunt's funeral, My Aunt Rose (my mom's sister) passed away on the 13th of this month in st joseph's rehab. So on friday morning Gedy & I get up, shower, get dressed, and head out the door. It wasn't until we were about halfway to the funeral home when we both at the same time just happen to take a look at each other then....cracked up laughing, thats when we noticed for the first time that we were...".DRESSED ALIKE" OMG! WHAT LOSERS!!!! However, because everyone's mind was else where, it seemed that no one had noticed...or at least didn't want to let us know that we look liked two idiots! But because there was nothing we could do about it by the time we had figured it out....We just laughed and thought.....IT COULD ONLY HAPPEN TO US!

Take me out to the Ballgame!

Fenway Park....... Last friday night Gedy & Brendan went to a Red Sox game at Fenway Park. Here they are wearing the same shirts. We got Bren that Red sox shirt earlier that day because he said he had a new favorite player, he was so excited when he opened it and put it on right away.

Here they are eating Meatballs subs that Papa made earlier that day, they ate more meatballs when they got home about midnight.

THE SHIRT SAYS IT ALL......

I seen this shirt in the store yesterday and just had to get it for Bren for 2 reasons, 1) he is definitely a keeper! and 2) it will be a great shirt for him to wear when he goes fishing with Papa, don't ya think?...I thought it was funny and just had to post it.

We all had a great time at christy & cindy's cookout, it was a little chilly out that night so Bren was the only one that went swimming but we had a great time inside with the neighbors and puppies, it was fun!

CASTLE ISLAND "SHIP PARK"

Yesterday Stace & I took the kids to castle Island. We played at the ship park for awhile and then we went to castle Island for lunch. Brendan, Samantha & Delaney playing on the anchor.

We were having a good time until a thunderstorm came and it started pouring out so we cut it short. Stacey went home with the kids and I went to visit my mom for a few hours and then on my home I stopped in st Joseph's rehab to visit my Aunt Rose who is not doing so well at all.
