Day 4 of vacation,

started off with the dentist, then i was suppose to pick up my car but i got a little stomach bug or something and put if off until tomorrow or wed. we did pick up Brendan at the braintree commuter station and drove him home,. Now we are just going to relax for the rest of the day, well i am, gedy is cooking chicken for dinner.

Day 3 of our vacation.....

Sorry, no pics on this one, i forgot my camera. We went to visit christy & cindy and the dogs, we had dinner and a wonderful time, as always. we plan on going over to visit them again this week which we are really happy about because with our work schedules we don't get to gether that often, I will bring my camera next time so i can post pics.

Day 1 of our vacation, houghton's pond, a nice long walk and some fishing..

Time to let Barney go....

After having my purple car for 8 years its time to let my Barney go (barney is what my family calls it because its purple). I just went out to clean her out and started having second thoughts, no more purple car...  oh boy!!!!  We are on vacation next week and just can't wait! we have so many plans as to where we want to go starting out with maine, apple picking, walking through every park we can find, fishing, walking along the ocean, picnics and anything else we can come up with, hopefully the weather will be decent (like in the 70's and not too hot) I will take pics to share with you.

1 year later and my heart still aches.

One year ago today my mom passed away and I miss her more than words can say. My heart still aches so much for her and life is just not the same without her here. I thank god for my 3 wonderful sisters, 3 wonderful daughters (cindy) and 2 wonderful son-in-laws and for my 5 awesome grandchildren, and most my wonderful hubby!!! also my cp friends who have been there for me everyday, you have all helped me get through the 1st year, I would never have made it if it weren't for all of you, I love you all so much! Ann, mom would be most proud of you, since the second she passed away you just somehow got it all together and planned everything out perfectly! I love you. You put this perfect ad in the paper today and it is just awesome! I am still very sad that mom had to leave but i am so happy to have the best family ever! I thank all of you for putting up with my bad days, which we know i had a lot of and still do at times. You are the greatest family ever!  Mom, I love & miss you more as days go by, I am so sorry you had to go, RIP Mom.

Who would ever think that these two are sisters? not me, I don't think they look anything alike at all. Needless to say they are the most lovable and sweet Girls that a Grandma could ever ask for and i love them dearly!
