SO HARD TO SEE THEM LEAVE.....

Gedy and christy came in my work this atfernoon to give me a big hug and kiss as they were on their way to Logan Airport to leave for California to go see Scott, Robin and Luca. I am and will be so worried until they safely Return to Boston on friday. I Hope they have a great time while ther are and I am so jealous but happy that they will get to hold our new Baby Granddaughter Luca. Gedy and Christy, I love you and miss you already!

I went for a walk today just to get out of the house and get some fresh air, I have been in since my surgery on friday. I didn't get too far before I turned back but it was good to be outside even if only for 15 minutes.

Surgery updates

For those of you that didn't know Christy and I both had surgery this week, christy had a hernia removed on wednesday and I had a D&C done on friday. Everything went well and we are both doing better. My surgery not as painful as christy's, it will take her 3 weeks to recover and 1 week for me. I had a 1st rough day but am feeling better, just sore. Christy is still in alot of discomfort and has to take pain meds. I thank all of you on FB that sent us well wishes, it means alot. Thank you.

My very 1st card from Luca, so cute!This cute card was suppose to be from Brendan, Sam, Dee and nattie, however.....

Sam & Dee were in charge of signing it and decided to only put their names on it....

How clever are these 2 sweet girls? Thanks Brendan and Nattie, Grandma is on to those two charactors,thank you to all my sweet Grandchildren for all the beautiful cards that you always send me, I save them all because they mean so much to me. I love you all so very much!!!!!

PATIO FLOWER'S......

Theres not a lot to say, hmmmm, for once I'm not chatty, lol. These are just a few of the flowers that are on my patio right now, you know there will be more coming soon. I'm thinking of applying for a job at Lowes in the Garden section, just what my patio needs, lol.

SHE DID IT!!

CONGRATULATIONS STACEY!!!!!! Stacey graduated from nursing school today and we are so very proud of her, it was not so easy going to school and raising 4 kids while doing it.

Even Nattie is so happy for her mom.

Brendan, well I think he was bored, playing with his I touch. At one point when someone was making what seemed to be an hour long speach Bren tapped me on the shoulder and said, geez gma, i have to be in bed by nine, it was so funny, he is so manish!

MY NEW GRANDMA SHIRT ARRIVED JUST 5 MINUTES AGO.....

AND IS IT RIGHT AFTER THE 5TH TIME????

YES! YES! YES! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just went to check and see if Grandma was right, lol.....It is. I am so excited now I finally have my shirts after ll that crap! yay!
