MY MOM"S PLACE

I went to my mom's place and cleaned it up some today. I took down the new year banner and took off some of the frozen decorations.

I shoveled it out on monday.

I go there at least two times a week, It's been 4 months since she passed but I miss her more as the days go by, it is so hard!

REMEMBERING MY MOM ......

TODAY HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND 5 DAYS SINCE MY MOM HAS PASSED AND WE ALL MISS HER SO MUCH. IT SEEMS LIKE FOREVER SINCE i SEEN HER LAST.
tODAY ALSO WOULD HAVE BEEN HER 85TH BIRTHDAY. I HOPE SHE IS AT PEACE AND NO LONGER IN PAIN,I ALSO HOPE SHE IS IN A BETTER PLACE AND IS HAPPY. we LOVE & MISS HER SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!

REMEMBERING MEMA WEEK........

At 3:50pm today it will be 8 years that Mema has Passed away., One very sad day in our life. Although its been 8 years it seems like it wasn't that long ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday and still miss her terribly, The world just doesn't seem right without her. So once again upon Mema's request that she never be forgotten I am keeping my promise to her that she will not and will keep all her wonderful memory's going, Please help me to Remember mema this week. A wonderful woman, Mother, wife, and mother-in-law, especially ( Grandmother). The 1st memory that comes to my mind right now of her is when I met Gedy in Almy's, my friend introduced him to me and for me (it was love at first sight). Well one day when I was working as a waitress in almys a woman sat down in the booth, I went over to take her order and with this Beautiful smile on her face she said I will just have a vanilla milk shake please. As I am carrying the milkshake over to her on a tray my friend came up from behind me (we were working together that day) and just as I got ready to give the woman her milkshake my friend said...Linda, Thats Gedy's Mother....the tray hit the counter and the milkshake went all over Mema! As i stood there in shock apologizing like crazy Mema looked at me with a smile and said...Its ok honey..it will wash out its only milk! Gosh, How I miss her so. I know she is looking Down at us today with that same smile upon her face and saying, WOW! I remember all those things happening, So please share with us your favorite story about "MEMA" with us this week. Tomorrow would have been her.. (87th) Birthday!! Please say a prayer for mema today., The woman that we loved and Miss so much!!! MEMA, I love & miss you with all my heart, thank you for being in my life and for all the great memory's i will carry with me always.
