I really love this photo of Nattie that I took last week, she is just so precious! She is getting so big and is just a "Sweet Baby Girl" She is so happy and smiling all of the time despite her health issues, she's a real trooper. She has to go to the Hospital for a test on Friday morning, she will be having an endoscopy done to see exactly what is wrong with her stomach so please keep her in your prayers.I really hope everything goes real well for her and the Dr can find out whats wrong and fix it . So Nattie, Grandma & Papa hope everything turns out Great for ( our little Baby Girl) and you get better soon, We love you so very much!

Heat Heat, Go away!

I can't wait for winter to get here so I can hang this sign up on my front door. I don't know about all of you, but I have had enough of this "Heat" Yes, my apt has AC's in all of the rooms but I am tired of staying in and would like to go out for a nice long walk. The next 7 days shows no relief in sight, Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I went to work yesterday and Loved it! the store was freezing and it was the first time in a week that I went to work, I had the week off. Well to my surprise I have the week off again this week, I only had sunday for the past 2 weeks. It is nice to have time off but, I also enjoyed getting out of the house too. I think I need to buy a summer Home in Alaska if of course, I don't have to fly to get there. I know that Robin is going to made a funny face at my Frosty sign because she loves the summer Sorry Robin, but you know how I hate the heat, Right? Anyway, I hope all of you can tolerate this heat better than I can and find a way to stay cool.

Here he is, the Birthday BOY!...HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU GEDY! He really hasn't changed much over the years, just gotten a little taller hehehe. He is going to have a party at Stacey's today for Brian's belated Birthday and his Birthday and the kids are so excited. The girls and I are going out to buy trick candles for their cake, we have been planning this for weeks and I know it going to be loads of fun. I will have plenty of photos for my blog for tomorrow so stay tuned. In the mean time, Gedy I wish you a Great day today and a wonderful birthday. Oh, and by the way....he can't switch his candles around this year the numbers will be the same , I'm skipping over that year because I always switch mine around hehehehehe...

What's Up Doc?

Another Critter at the Welch Family Home and this time a "Rabbit". When I went over yesterday to feed the kids pets I was just looking out the window and seen this cute little bunny come out from under a tree, it was so cute that I just had to take a picture. If you can't see the bunny click onto the pic and it should inlarge. They will be leaving N.H. today at noon time and should be home about 4 or 5 pm. The kids will have lots of storie's to tell and I'm sure there will be tons of photos to see. Tomorrow we are going to have a Birthday/cookout for Brian & Gedy(who's Birthday is tomorrow)at their house, I tried to have it at Christy's & Cindy's but they have to work and could not get the day off. So Christy & Cindy stop by after work and get a Burger and some Birthday cake, Dad got the cake out of work Mmmmmmmmm. I hope everyone has a great weekend and the Welch Family has a safe drive home.

The Angels up above

Diane gave me this Beautiful Angel lamp a few years ago and I just love it! Every night when I go on to the computer I turn the light on and just stare at it for a few seconds. Its funny because it not only makes me think of Mema but everytime I look at it I think of Diane too. I started collecting Angels after Mema passed away, looking at them (angels) always made me fell like Mema was always looking over my shoulder and a calm feeling would come over me. So Thank you Diane for the Angel lamp, it is just so pretty to look at and will always be special to me. I Love you and Miss you Lots.

Here he is, the Birthday Boy! A big shout out to Brian because today is his Birthday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRIAN!!!! This photo was taken at Sam's graduation when he was having one of his many "silly moments".He is a really coooooool guy and lots of fun to be around and the kids just love him soooooo much. He is on vacation right now and is having a great time, I know because they call me every day to tell me how much fun they are having. When he goes back to work on Monday he starts a new job in Framingham mass. He got an awesome promotion last month and we are soooooooooooooo proud of him. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

100 % RED SOX FAN

Friday night "Blow-Out". For those of you that didn't read Brendan's blog on Friday night, you missed a good one. It seems that Papa got his 3 Daughters(especially Robin), all wigged out and she is still steaming..... It started when Bren came over to stay the night with us and he walked in wearing his Red Sox shirt, he always has a red sox shirt or his Braves shirt that Tony & Diane sent him on, well Papa had a shirt on that Scott & Robin gave him that says "Bite Me". Brendan asked Papa to put a Red Sox shirt on so that I could take a photo of them so Brendan could post it on his blog. Papa went in the room to change and came out with a "Yankee's shirt on and I thought Brendan was going to hit the floor!!! He said "Papa, what in the heck are you wearing??Have you lost your mind???After a few moments of them exchanging words Brendan says "Grandma will you take a photo of us so I can download it and put it onto my blog?I have a good idea seeing where Papa won't take the shirt off. And by the way, He does know how to download his own photos embarrassing as it is he teaches us how to use the computer....Anyway, Bren put it on his blog and Robin, Christy & Stacey totally got all wigged out. I think Christy more understood what was happening because she bought the shirt for Papa, its not by "no" means that he even slightly likes the "Fankees" (i call them) He just really loves "Roger Clemens" and thinks that he's the best pitcher ever. Poor Robin is still talking about it, I think she is ready to come over and burn that shirt. It all turned out to be Funny for Brendan who by the way called me last night and said that they are having a blast!The kids were fighting over the phone because they all wanted to talk to me to tell their storys but Dees had to be the funniest one. Oh how I wish that hamsters could open doors. The welch family left for a vacation in N.H. yesterday for the week and I was asked by Bren, Sam, & Dee to go in everyday to feed their pets. Well Stacey calls me yesterday after they got up there to tell me that she left me the wrong key to the house, WHAT!!!!!Are you kidding??? So here I go this morning to their house hoping that they left at least 1 out of 4 doors to their house open, NO, that would be too easy so now I'm walking around the house searching for a way in and BINGO! I found it!!

What luck! I found a window that was unlocked so I opened the storm window and screen and Yes! in I went, yaaaaaaaaaay!!!!

And before he left for work this afternoon Gedy made a pot of his homemade chicken stew for me. As you can see I am well cared for, he is truely a wonderful guy and I love him tons.

when my eyes do open

I have been just about sleeping since yesterday morning when I woke up sick with strept throat. I had a temp of 103.1 yesterday but it is down to 100.5 now. I am feeling a little better this afternoon, I think the penicillin is starting to kick in. But all I remember about yesterday is opening my eyes and seeing the tv and then closing my eyes again. As much as I like my tv I am also tired of laying on the sofa and looking at it.

A Grandma's right

Cindy came over Stacey's this afternoon to pick up Bren & Sam for a sleep over tonight at their house and they were so excited to go, espically when Cindy said that tonight is make your own Sundae night (wow, then I wanted to go). Christy and Cindy are the coolest cats around and the kids just love hanging out with them, they are really loads of fun and always make sure that everyone has a great time in their home. I Had to go shopping for Nana Yola (my Mom) so I took Delaney with me and I have to say that Girl really knows how to shop and we had tons of fun..

ITS NOT FAIR

Every great now and then Gedy's boss will give him Sunday off, it doesn't happen that often maybe 5 times a year but it has happened this week and so he has today off. He plans to go hang out with Christy, Cindy and the Grandpups, Jolie & Apollo while I am off to work from 9 to 6. Although I am sad that I can't go with him I am happy that he will get to visit with the Girls & & pups. Maybe Christy will take some photos to put on her Blog. So off to work I go and today is (inventory) yuck!

Its very unusal for me to be able to get a close up picture of Sam because she really can't stand still for too long. Tonight however I did manage to pull it off and was quite surprised when I discovered that her eyes were no longer "Bright Blue" and looked to be more "Green" Hmmmmm, when did this all take place?No matter what color her eyes really are that face is just adorable and we love her dearly.

Hi all!
Yes it's me...Momma! I have decided to join the blog-world along with my 3 wonderful Daughters. I can assure you that my storys and entrys will not be as entertaining and as funny as all of yours but I figured I would give it a shot.
Nothing to great going on in the Ged-Lin house today, oh wait! yes there is Dad is cooking meatballs for Dinner.MMmmmmmmmmmmm, I can't wait,oh and how sweet is this man, he even got me "low carb" spaghetti, he is totally awesome!
As soon as I figure out how in the heck to post pics, I will send you one of my patio, if I can fit all the flowers & plants in one photo. See, how exciting is my entry already?...hehehehe
